Delivery & QX
We meet the client´s needs
In this phase we gather the client's needs and requirements. Doing this properly will ensure that the project's efforts will be focused in the right direction. Here we seek to understand the needs, timing and scope in order to propose an efficient work methodology. The main objectives are:
Analysis of business objectives and technical specifications of the project
Creating a roadmap, objectives and guiding principles for the project
Establishing working methodologies
Establish channels of communication
Know what information the client already has available to him in terms of research
Establish a delivery plan
To solve a problem, you first need to understand it
Good research anticipates future problems, helps find the best solutions and saves costs. We use qualitative and quantitative research tools.
Ideation and prototyping
Ideas are produced and aligned with people's needs
Organising information as clearly and logically as possible.
Wireframes and prototyping
Defining the characteristics of an interface before moving on to a visual design stage.
Improving User Experience through copywriting and micro-copying
Useful and understandable
We make the idea tangible
Once the navigation structure has been approved, a design proposal is presented.
A basic component structure or a more complex design system will be developed as the project progresses and will serve as documentation internally and externally.
Accessibility criteria appropriate to each project will be taken into account.
Micro-animations serve to substantially improve usability and make the interface more user-friendly. They should be agreed with the development team.
An orderly delivery for everyone
Documented design system. Folders and files organized by mutual agreement.
Development documentation in the form of Invision designs, style guides and micro-animation communication.
"Design is not just what it looks and feels like. Design is how it works".
